Returns Information


  1. Chara Active offers returns and exchanges on full-priced items purchased online, subject to the following conditions:
  2. The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  3. Item(s) should be in original condition, clean, and with tags attached.
  4. We cannot accept items that have been worn, damaged, altered, or washed.
  5. If you mistakenly purchased an item(s), you can return it for an exchange or online store credit.
  6. For faulty or defective item(s), you can return them for an exchange, online store credit, or a refund.


Chara Active does not accept returns (exchange, store credit, or refund) on sale items unless they are deemed faulty.

1. Change Of Mind Returns

Chara Active offers exchanges and store credits for full-priced items only. Sale items are final sale unless they are deemed faulty.

Include all the current conditions for returns, eg: original condition with tags attached + cannot accept worn, altered, or washed items.

Specify if a prepaid label will be issued if return if approved (a.k.a. free returns) or if customers are responsible for return shipping costs and recommend that a tracked return postage service is used.

2. Faulty or defective item(s)

In the unlikely event of receiving faulty or defective item(s), please share photos that will assist in the return approval process.

A prepaid label will be issued, and you will have 14 days to lodge the return.

You have the option for an exchange, store credit, or a refund.

Returns process: Customers have up to 10 days to lodge their return once their request is approved.

  2. Our team will review your return request, and once approved, you will receive an email with further instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Place the item(s) in the original packaging, along with your completed returns form.
